We’ve been on this corner for how long, 2-3 months.

I know a little bit about corners and round edges. If you just stay on a corner you end up going in circles. Donald Trump’s COVID response seems a lot like going in circles.

I’ve been a driver for a long time. What I want to know is what type of corner are we on? Is it a traffic circle? To successfully use a traffic circle at some point to get some where you have pick a road and get out of the circle.

Is it a race track? While some enjoy watching cars, horses, dogs, etc go in circles there is normally an end based on number of times around the corner.

To me I feel more like a hamster running on a wheel. A lot of exercise and hard work for little or no benefit. I don’t see that we are getting anywhere.

What I’m concerned about is that eventually we’re going to end up catching up with ourselves and walking up each others butt.

What does this mean?

Donald Trump is trying to tell us where we are in the pandemic. Giving us a status report and provide what he feels is a positive message.

Is it a plan? No, it is a status report.

Is there any action in his message as to how we can improve the situation? No. It is a message of don’t worry. There is a nothing message.

The time has come for us to

Stop rounding the corner, turn onto a less curvy road…

How many times has he said this?
