Boarding a train at 9:30 for a 2 hour 15 minute ride to the canyon. I can no longer claim to have been to the Grand Canyon and not seen it.  The scene did not disappointment.  After a brief rest a new waterbottle and eventually a new hat (I don&#8217;t normally wear one.) Wrong.  It turned out to be 2.1 miles and the shuttle dropped us down the hill from the hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With much rest along the way.
